I am happy to write letters of recommendation for students who demonstrated an effort to reach their full potential while in my class(es) and/or club(s). I get many requests, and spend a good bit of time crafting each individual letter, so the sooner you touch base with me, the better it will be for both of us. Please follow the steps below to help me write you the best possible letter.
1. Send me an email requesting a letter of recommendation that includes the following information:
- Current GPA
- Extracurricular activities (and what years you participated)
- Volunteer experience
- Work experience, if any
- Potential college major (you can keep this broad/general)
- Anything else you want college admissions to know
2. Submit a letter of recommendation request through your Naviance (Family Connection) account. Ask your counselor if you need help with this.
3. If you notice that I have not uploaded a letter to Naviance and it is within one week of the application deadline, please send me a gentle email reminder :)
